🍌🍫 So huge thanks to for this idea, I was stoned what can I say? So anyway I decided to make this keto-kinda-friendly and cannabis 🌿 infused. I do not suggest dosing in the amount I used, unless you like drooling on the couch. But if you are like me and have cannabutter just laying about, then you know whats up. You can just use regular butter if you want. Boring.
Also, if you tend to get stoned, make food, dance around and sing in your kitchen and generally fuck around, this is the perfect song for making this bread.
Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas (~63g net carbs total)
⅓ cup cannabutter (see THC breakdown below)
½ tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 large egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
15–20 drops liquid stevia (to taste)
1 ½ cups almond flour
¾ bar 90% dark chocolate (~75g), chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mash bananas until smooth, stir in melted cannabutter.
Mix in egg, vanilla, stevia, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in almond flour and chopped chocolate.
Pour into greased or parchment-lined 8×4 loaf pan.
Bake 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before slicing (important for texture and structure).
Macros (Whole Loaf)
Net carbs: ~92–93g

Per Slice (12 slices)
Net carbs: ~7.7g

🌿 THC Infusion Math
1 stick butter (½ cup = 113g) = 2000mg THC
⅓ cup butter ≈ 76g
(2000 ÷ 113) × 76 ≈ 1340mg THC in the loaf
Per Slice (12 slices): ~112mg THC
⚠️ That’s a very high dose. Half a slice (~56mg) or even a small nibble (20–30mg) may be more appropriate, depending on tolerance. Always label clearly when gifting or sharing ⚠️
Notes & Options
If you want a lower dose, cut part of the cannabutter with regular butter.
Walnuts can be added for extra protein and crunch.
This loaf is not strictly keto (bananas carry most of the carbs), but far lower sugar than traditional banana bread.
Had to make a Canna Bullet Espresso for this, just too good!
Enjoy responsibly, share carefully, and savor the rich, chocolatey flavor of this elevated banana bread.
