If you want to follow this journey with me then lets start here. I needed a plan, I needed to get out of bed and put my big boy pants on. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 colorectal cancer, it has metastasized to my liver and lungs, I was handed what felt like a death sentence. But I don’t do surrender. Instead, I decided to build a protocol that blends traditional chemotherapy with cutting-edge metabolic therapy. It’s aggressive, calculated, and designed to starve cancer while supporting my body. This is my plan.
1. The Core Strategy
Cancer feeds off glucose and glutamine. Normal cells adapt to using ketones for fuel, but cancer cells cannot. This metabolic inflexibility is a weakness we can exploit.
The approach:
Induce and sustain nutritional ketosis
Time ketosis and fasting around chemo treatments
Use Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) for cannabinoid support and tumor suppression
Supplement with high-dose CBD to synergize with THC, protect nerves, and reduce inflammation
Integrate natural hydration and immune support
This protocol is designed to work with chemo, not against it.
2. Ketosis + Chemo: The Timing Blueprint (Every 2 Weeks)
Chemotherapy hits every two weeks, so we split each cycle into 3 tactical phases:
Phase 1: Pre-Chemo Prep (Days -3 to 0)
Strict ketogenic diet: high fat, moderate protein, <20g net carbs
Optional fasting (24–48 hrs) before infusion to weaken cancer cells
Begin anti-inflammatory support: turmeric tea, ginger, adaptogens
Target: Be in full ketosis by Day 0
Phase 2: Chemo + Aftermath (Days 0 to 3)
Stay in ketosis during chemo to protect healthy cells
Light meals: bone broth, cooked vegetables, soft proteins
Use RSO + hydration to manage pain and nausea
Add CBD (100-300mg/day) to support mood, reduce inflammation, and protect nerves
Avoid fasting – fuel lightly, rest deeply
Phase 3: Recovery + Rebuild (Days 4 to 13)
Gradually reintroduce clean carbs (beets, carrots, sweet potato)
Focus on immune recovery: bone broth, fermented veggies, mushrooms
By Day 10–13, begin cycling back into ketosis
This 2-week loop continues through the chemo schedule, keeping the body metabolically flexible and strong.
3. RSO + CBD Protocol: Building the Cannabinoid Stack
RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) is central to my cancer attack plan. My goal is to be at 1000mg/day THC by my first chemo session. But now I’m pairing it with high-dose CBD to increase effectiveness and reduce side effects.
THC Ramp-up Plan:
Days 1–3: 30mg/day (10mg x 3)
Days 4–6: 60mg/day
Days 7–9: 120mg/day
Days 10–12: 240mg/day
Days 13–15: 480mg/day
Days 16–18: 720mg/day
Day 19+: 1000mg/day (330mg x 3 doses) ← can you say “high as fuck” 🤪
CBD Supplementation Plan:
Start at 50-100mg/day during ramp-up
Increase to 200-300mg/day during chemo and recovery
Maintain a 1:1 or 2:1 CBD:THC ratio to enhance synergy and reduce THC side effects like sedation or paranoia
Together, these cannabinoids work on multiple fronts: killing tumor cells, reducing inflammation, easing nausea, improving sleep, and protecting nerves.
4. Hydration: The Foundation of Function
Chemo, ketosis, and cannabis can all be dehydrating. So I treat hydration like medicine.
My Natural Electrolyte Formula:
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Optional: pinch of cream of tartar (potassium) + magnesium glycinate
I drink this in water 2–3 times a day. Herbal teas, bone broth, and coconut water (in moderation) help keep me balanced.
5. Coffee That Heals, Not Hurts
I ditched cream and sugar. My coffee now supports my protocol.
Anti-Cancer Latte Recipe:
1 cup brewed coffee or espresso
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut cream
1/2 tsp infused coconut oil or MCT oil
Cinnamon, nutmeg, pinch of salt
Optional: collagen peptides, reishi powder
Blend it, sip it, thrive.
This isn’t a generic plan. It’s my blueprint, a combination of research, rage, and relentless trial-and-error. I built it to survive, to heal, to expose a broken system that offers chemo but rarely offers hope. This is not a cure, but a confrontation. And I’m not going quietly.
